A new MoU for cooperation in the fields of history studies, arts, and preservation of architectural heritage was signed between IRCICA and the Arab League Educational, Cultural, and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) during the visit of the delegation chaired by ALECSO Director General Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar to IRCICA Director General Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç on 17 February 2025. The delegation members, Dr. Humaid Al Nofali, Director of the Culture Department and Mr. Abdelhadi Ghemari, Programs Coordinator, together with IRCICA’s Assistant Director General, Prof. Dr. Aboubacar A. Senghore, IRCICA’s Head of Research and Publications Prof. Cengiz Tomar, and IRCICA’s Media Supervisor Eng. Amna Meddeb, were present at the meeting. Following the talks, the delegation was guided to IRCICA’s art section and library.
