A Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation was signed between the Republican State Enterprise “Gylym Ordasy”, Almaty, affiliated with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Director General Mr. Ular Mukhazanov) and IRCICA (Director General Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç) on 25 December 2024, via online ceremony.
