Memorandum of Cooperation between IRCICA and International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation (Baku), 12 April 2017

Dr Halit Eren, IRCICA Director General and Ms. Gunay Afendiyeva, President, International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation (Baku) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in Baku, on 12 April 2017. The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to provide a framework of cooperation between the parties in areas of common interest. Activities may be udnertaken within this framework including conferences, seminars, workshops and exhibitions.
Foundation is an international organization affiliated to the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (Turkic Council) with the objective to protect, study and promote the Turkic culture and heritage through supporting and funding activities, projects and programs. Its Member States are Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey, all Member States of the OIC.
