MoU for Cooperation signed with the Research Institute Ulus Juchi of the Ministry of Science and High Education, Kazakhstan

A Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation was signed during the visit of the delegation from the Research Institute Ulus Juchi, Astana, affiliated to the Ministry of Science and High Education, Republic of Kazakhstan, to IRCICA on 7 April 2025. The MoU was signed by Dr. Arailym Akbolat, Deputy Director of the Institute on behalf of the Director Prof. Dr. Zhaksylyk Sabitov, and Prof. Dr. Aboubacar Abdullah Senghore, Deputy Director General, on behalf of IRCICA Director General Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol Kılıç. The meeting was also an occasion to exchange views and experiences on international cooperation for research on the history of Kazakhstan and at large Central Asia. The meeting was attended by the delegation members Prof. Dr. Radik Temirgaliev and Prof. Dr. Aibolat Kushkumbaev, Chief Researchers and Prof. Dr. Ashirbek Muminov, IRCICA’s Consultant for Central Asian Studies, as well as seven PhD candidates from different institutes in Kazakhstan studying in Istanbul.
