IRCICA Director General Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç gave a lecture titled “Man’s Spiritual Advancement and the Four Levels of Islam” within the framework of the “Spiritual Development Conference” coordinated by The Muslim Cultural Heritage Centre Al-Manaar together with “Islamic Courses” and the Turkish Religious Foundation of the U.K. on 26 April 2025. The lecture was attended by the Ambassador of Türkiye in London H.E. Mr. Osman Koray Ertaş and international cultural circles.

IRCICA Director General Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç gave a talk at Sotheby’s, London, on 27 April 2025 titled “Royal Works from a Royal Album: Calligraphies of Safavid Shahs and Princes in the Shah Tahmasp Album”, and together with co-author Dr. Philippe Bora Keskiner, introduced the book “Shāh Tahmāsp Album from the Royal Ottoman Treasury” (Bora Keskiner and Lale Uluç, IRCICA, 2024) to the audience attending the event.
