IRCICA learnt with deep sadness the passing of its founding Director General (1979-80) Prof. Dr. Doğan Kuban, a leading scholar of architecture, art history and cultural heritage in Turkey and in the world. The Centre extends its condolences to his family and scholarly circles.
Prof. Kuban will always be remembered with esteem and gratitude. May Allah bless his soul.
