A delegation from the National Center for Manuscripts and Rare Books (Ministry of Culture and Information) of Kazakhstan, a partner institution of IRCICA, was received on 4 December 2024 by the Head of Research and Publications Prof. Cengiz Tomar and the Consultant for Central Asian Studies Prof. Ashirbek Muminov. The delegation consisted of Dr. Zhandos Boldykov, Director; Prof. Zadash Dukenbaeva; Dr. Gulsim Bisenova; Assoc. Prof. Kuralai Seitkazina; Dr. Nurzhan Qonurbai.
