A nine-member delegation from Benghazi, Libya, comprised of Mr. Khaled A. Buzakuk, Chairman of the Benghazi Economic Capital Forum for Development and Member of the Libyan Academy for Advanced Studies, and managers, development experts, media experts, and university professors, visited IRCICA on 18 November 2024, within the framework of their one-week study trip to development-oriented institutions. The distinguished visitors were received by Prof. Cengiz Tomar, Head of Research and Publications, IRCICA, and introduced with the objectives and activities of the Centre.
