IRCICA Director General Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç received Prof. Mahamat Anadif Youssouf, scholar and member of Parliament from Chad, at IRCICA on 27 Feb. 2023. Extensive talks were held on academic cooperation between IRCICA and Chadian universities in the fields of history studies.
