The Köprülü Library in Istanbul contains one of the world’s most important collections of manuscripts, composed of nearly 2773 volumes under 3500 titles and covering the fields of Quranic sciences, history, philosophy, natural sciences, mathematics, etc. The catalogue provides full bibliographic information about these manuscripts. The preface gives the history of the collection.
