This book contains a scholarly study, in English and Arabic, of the manuscript copy of the Holy Quran attributed to the period of Caliph Othman (RA) and preserved in the Topkapı Palace Museum. This early copy of the Holy Qur’an has been studied by Dr. Tayyar Altıkulaç, a specialist of Quranic studies and ex-President of Religious Affairs in Türkiye, from historical and technical points of view and with respect to its physical features, including its script and page compositions. Prepared originally in Turkish, the study was translated into Arabic by Dr. Salih Sadawi, and published in Turkish and Arabic in 2007 (Al-Mushaf Al-Sharif Attributed to Uthman Bin Affan (The Copy at Topkapı Palace Museum in Istanbul). The same year, IRCICA published this second book in the series, containing the English translation of this study done by Dr. Semiramis Çavuşoğlu. The volume comprises both the English and the Arabic texts.
